UN GENEVA Special event to commemorate International Women's Day 2025.
Intergenerational Dialogue on Beijing +30. For all women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.
To mark International Women's Day and the 30th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, UN Women, the United Nations Office in Geneva (UNOG), and the Delegation of the European Union organize the Intergenerational Dialogue on Beijing +30: For All Women and Girls – Rights, Equality, Empowerment. This special commemoration aims to reaffirm global commitments to gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.
The special commemoration will consist of a panel discussion featuring high-level speakers from Member States, UN Agencies, civil society organizations as well as young women and men.
